Worked in all aspects of Tax Administration in New Orleans, Washington, D.C. and several posts-of-duty overseas.

I am a native of New Orleans, born on Labor Day. After retiring from a 33 year career in Tax Administration and working in New Orleans, Washington D.C. , Mexico City, Paris and several other overseas posts in Central/South America and Europe, I relocated to the Cincinnati area. I lived in Symmes before settling in the City of Loveland.
